Pruvent was founded on the idea that clients can prevent downside risk to better accomplish goals, and can do so while being prudent and practical.

Pruvent covers many areas of law and business. With experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate, regulatory matters and acting as general outside counsel for companies in almost every industry and size, we have many goals, including but not limited to:

Focus – at Pruvent, we believe there is no reason to create problems where there are none and that our main focus should be ethically aligning our interests with our clients’ needs.

Communication – at Pruvent, we believe that there are very few problems that cannot be solved when communication is good.

Creativity – at Pruvent, we believe that there is often more than one way to accomplish a task. Just because something was previously done using a certain process – doesn’t mean that process is best.

Care – Pruvent is interested in helping our clients, caring about outcomes, taking special care to do business the right way, and carefully navigating our clients through challenge and growth, in order to develop long term relationships.

Understanding – at Pruvent, we understand business. We understand that our overhead is paid by client dollars and we don’t take that for granted by training new lawyers on the client’s dime, being careless with billing, or spending lavishly on appointed offices, big marketing budgets, firm retreats, etc. – this helps us to be more practical.
